    Why it's almost great (but not quite)

    The location showcases amazing views of Tuscany, and the diverse dining options are a true highlight, especially the amazing bistecca fiorentina. The staff's friendliness and service.

    Unfortunately, we encountered issues with the check-in process and inconsistent room service . The lack of evening entertainment left us wishing for more vibrancy .

    Make sure you stay in the double room with terrace. There is a lot of supplies like : a mini bar, central heating, and an iron and ironing board. Its location is wonderful, close enough to the gardens and sightseeing locations.

    We had an extra special stay for service and our order to be taken.

    Marvellous location on valley, well experienced staff, everything was perfect. Booked a twin room, that was provided with comfortable bed, beautiful views and AC.

    The stay was very nice! The views over the Tuscan hills were nothing short of amazing, and the dining experience offered diverse culinary delights that impressed us. Our room was a Tabaccaia Premium and provided fantastic comfort along with picturesque scenery. The kids club kept my children entertained all day and they loved every moment of their time there. A fantastic family escape!

    This hotel was characterful base for exploring Castelfalfi, liked it and venue's professional staff from the check-in to the staff members. Our room was large and brand-new, with central heating, a private safe, and pay television.

    Fine views of the Tuscan countryside.

    We were utterly disappointed with the service at this resort. The reception staff took ages to handle our requests, often leaving us waiting without any updates. The dining options were severely lacking, and the one buffet dinner seemed like a rip-off for the cost. We expected premium service for the price paid, yet it seemed like we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. The limited nearby options forced us to rely on the hotel's overpriced meals, far from excellent. The experience was frustrating and utterly not worth the expense.

    The golf course was fine, and we loved the Adventure Park too. Lots of activities like biking and horse riding kept us busy. Just a heads up, the spa was closed , a bit disappointing.

    One thing that could be improved is the concierge service. When we asked about a yoga session, we felt the response was unhelpful, and it made planning a bit more challenging.
